What is #GivingTuesday?
On Tuesday, December 2nd, help CSF celebrate #GivingTuesday! A global day dedicated to giving back, #GivingTuesday is an opportunity for charities, businesses, families, and individuals to come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give.
So please join CSF in making this year’s #GivingTuesday a success! Whether you are donating to give the gift of education or spreading the word about our #GivingTuesday campaign, your participation is key to CSF’s celebration of this wonderful day of generosity.
Why Give to CSF?
By giving to CSF, you will make a tremendous difference in the lives of children and their families today. Rated as one of the top nonprofits by GreatNonprofits, CSF is currently providing scholarships to almost 25,000 children, including more than 8,300 in New York, so they can attend the K-8 schools that best meet their needs, regardless of their ability to pay or where they live.
This school year, the average CSF scholarship in New York is just $2,000, which funds a full year in school for a CSF Scholar. Also, 100% of every dollar donated goes directly to funding scholarships! So by giving to CSF, you will directly help those who need it most, the children CSF serves, and support one of the nation’s most respected education charities.
